We specialize in Concept Development, Entertainment Venue Design, Themed Attraction Design and Development, Special Effect Design, Mechanical Effect Design, and Product Line Development. Our residential services include home additions, remodeling, New 1 and 2 story homes, and Tenant Improvements.
Our supporting capabilities include Project Management, Vendor Management, Installation, and Construction Supervision, Factory and Site Testing Supervision and reporting, plan check representation and building permits for our work.
When Local or State jurisdictions require, we retain Licensed Professionals to assume responsible Control over a Project, in conformance with the California Business and Professions Code.
